It is very important that your S1 Lifer helmet is worn correctly and fitted properly. Your Lifer Helmet should be worn so that it is level on the head and sitting at the middle of your forehead. It is very important to always clip the strap on your helmet and to have your strap adjusted to the correct length, allowing for a minimum of two fingers to be placed between your strap and your chin. You tighten the strap by pulling the excess strap through the helmet clip until you find the ideal length. The excess strap should be folded up and secured using the rubber O-Ring. The strap sliders should be adjusted so that they rest just below the ear lobes. A properly worn helmet should not be tipped back on your head, worn backwards or worn too low on your forehead. A properly fitted helmet should be snug but not so tight that it gives you a headache. There should be no side to side or front to back movement on your head. Once you get your Lifer Helmet sized and adjusted properly you are ready to roll!
