Returns / Exchanges
While we sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, we understand sometimes things just don't work out. If you need to return or exchange an item please follow the guidelines below.
Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment we will gladly refund, exchange or issue an Uprise store credit.
E-mail email@example.com within 5 business days from receipt of goods with an explanation of the reason for the return.
Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be sent to Uprise, freight prepaid.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Returned merchandise must be in the original box, in new condition with any and all tags attached.
- Include a copy of the shipping invoice that accompanies your merchandise.
- Include a legible explanation for the return on a separate piece of paper.
- All returns must be received by Uprise within 30 business days from invoice date.
- Uprise is not responsible for manufacturer warranties, except on Uprise brand products.
- Returns must be approved by an Uprise employee.
- Shipping costs will not be returned.
- There are no returns on any Quick Strike releases and Nike SB Dunks.
Uprise does not accept returns on international orders.
If an order has a factory defect, is damaged, or missing items please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours and we’ll correct the issue if possible.
