Chili OG Hot Sauce

Our Extra Hot World Famous Chili Oil is created from a sophisticated blend of star anise, green cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, bay leaves, ghost pepper and cinnamon. we simmer this mix of aromatics alongside garlic and shallots to create a warm umami finish. Dehydrated thai chilis add a satisfying chunk.

The heat level is HOT because we use a little more ghost pepper in the simmering process. Works great swirled into ramen and stir fry dishes and drizzled onto pizza and dumplings. Graphics inspired by the night a frequent visitor to the garden ate a pepper and became a fuzzy flamethrower. Comes in a 4oz child-proof jar, for use containing your own creations in the sauce's afterlife!
